Turn On The Light is a side-scrolling shooting game where players need to solve optical mechanisms in different levels, defeat enemies, return to the base for rest and purchase equipment, and gradually uncover clues about the IOTL system, Lightists, The Lighthouse Investigation Bureau, and the world and themselves as they progress through the game.

ABOUT T.O.T.L

The I.O.T.L (Internet Of Thing of Light) system, a cutting-edge technological network that has reportedly provided all of humanity with energy since the 20th century—and the "Lightists," who rely on it to manipulate light energy to affect reality...... You originally thought that was just an urban legend concocted for leisure. However, when you found a dressing mirror in the temporary rest area of The Lighthouse Investigation Bureau (L.I.B), you discovered that your head had turned into a light bulb: a light bulb that only you, your peers, and your colleagues at the bureau could perceive.

Stepping on the stairs built by shadows, loading your reflection into a projector and transmitting..... You have become a Lightist.
